Well the Grand Opening is now behind us and it was a great success. Fun was had by all parties involved. The food was great that was provided by Don Cofer. Magnolia played a great set of music that everyone enjoyed. Several lots were put on hold and the contracts are being worked out. Lots are moving fast so to get the premium lots, you need to hurry. Currently we are offering until Sept. 5, 2008 a $7000 incentive that can be used at Tims Ford Powersports for the purchase of a Sea Doo or towards a Crest Pontoon Boat or it can be used towards upgrades and closing costs.
